The Senior Analyst is responsible for creating advanced demand monitoring and customer behavior models, enhancing existing model performance and maintenance.
Job Functions:
- Develop, and enhance a variety of mathematical models (including data collection, analysis, prototyping, testing, creation of production systems, and development of performance metrics).
- Monitor model performance, re-calibrate, maintain, and recommend design enhancements.
- Develop tools/reports for analysts and management to monitor business trends, forecasts, and customer behavior.
- Provide assistance to upper management by way of ad hoc analyses to answer a variety of business-related questions.
- Consult/train analysts and management on the use of science models and tools. Provide consulting advice and tools to improve revenue management analyst performance and revenue maximization, utilizing science models to support executive reporting and budget/revenue forecasting.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in quantitative disciplines such as Operations Research, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, or related field required.
- Work Experience: 2+ years within a large corporation practicing revenue management or academic research on revenue management models and systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Operations Research and Statistics software/packages/tools.
- Highly skilled in SQL required
- Exposure to SAS, Python, R, Tableau preferred
- Forecasting, statistics, econometric modeling, linear programming and other optimization algorithms.
- Advanced programming.

Ability to understand, analyze, and consider the interactions of various business variables, operational considerations, and data limitations in creating modeling that aligns with real-world behavior and allows users to draw insights, develop deeper understanding, and make better decisions that result in improved performance.
- Able to review modeling output against real-world behavior and make recommendations to manger, product management team, and senior-level leadership.
- Communicate sophisticated modeling concepts in easy-to-understand business terminology across various levels of users.
- Self-starter who can move projects forward and develop analytical frameworks with a general understanding of a problem statement.
- Able to lead small-to-medium-sized efforts across teams from inception to completion.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities.
Travel: Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
The range for this role’s salary $83,182-$112,296. Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
