About the Role:

As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, enablement, and revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in partner marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry. This role will report to the CMO. We are looking for someone who can partner effectively in alignment with company priorities with global and regional partner and marketing leaders, to develop comprehensive partner marketing plans tailored to the immediate needs of local markets and their objectives.

At a Glance:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Work with leadership to identify and prioritize strategic, focus partners, and develop tailored marketing plans to support joint business goals.

Partner Enablement:

  • Build and deliver marketing enablement programs and materials to equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully market and sell Vectra AI solutions.
  • Build a cadence of regular training sessions and webinars to keep partners updated on product improvements and industry trends.
  • Lead the global partner portal to ensure a simple, intuitive and consistent experience for partners.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and build scalable co-marketing programs that can be leveraged by partners, including joint events, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, and content creation to generate revenue, foster engagement to position Vectra as a cybersecurity leader.
  • Plan, build and execute co-marketing programs with select strategic alliance partners.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to manage the marketing development funds that support partner-led marketing activities and ensure effective utilization.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, acting as the primary marketing contact.
  • Collaborate with the sales, partner, and field marketing teams to support regional partner marketing efforts.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Content Development:

  • Partner with the global marketing team to develop high-quality marketing content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and social media content, to support partner initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all partner communications.

Event Management:

  • Coordinate and manage partner participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Organize partner summits and other exclusive events to foster engagement and collaboration.

What Will Impress Us:

  • 8+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching partner campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results-driven partner marketing programs.
  • Experience in planning and executing partner webinars, tradeshows, and field marketing events.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
  • Self-motivated and adept at working independently, with the ability to communicate effectively with remote management.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • B.A. or M.A. or MBA or equivalent experience.

Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.  Vectra Total Rewards$97,400—$188,200 USD
