What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing B2B marketing team. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, innovative, and data-driven marketer with a passion for demand generation efforts, from awareness through acquisition, who can deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right time. Do you have proven success with multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, or an impressive track record with consistent wins from Google Ads and LinkedIn? You will own strategy, execution and performance tracking of global marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. This role is focused on optimizing the marketing funnel, increasing inbound leads from both paid and organic sources, and developing nurture programs that improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing Hyro’s demand generation strategy and executing it hands-on, aiming to achieve qualified sales opportunities and pipeline creation.
- Define KPIs across the marketing funnel in order to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on campaigns with relation to pipeline and account engagement and penetration.
- Develop and launch cross-channel account-based marketing programs to engage target accounts, expand reach and nurture leads.
- Become the Hyro website owner, working closely with designers and an outsource developer, and constantly improve and update Hyro’s digital assets.
- Create an email marketing plan to approach leads and contacts in different stages, including nurturing sequences, and ensure email deliverability.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Content professionals to deliver the most relevant messages at the right stage of the funnel, from awareness, through engagement to customer acquisition.
- Implement and optimize paid social and search campaigns in platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube and other channels.
- Support marketing initiatives including physical events, product launches and other department-wide projects.
- Create dashboards and report on key performance marketing metrics across multiple channels, including on HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and B2B analytics tools such as DreamData.
- Partner with Outbound Sales (BDRs & AEs) to ensure lead management, handover processes to Sales are in place and used effectively.
Requirements
- Native-level written and spoken English
- 2-4 years of Demand Generation / Growth Marketing / Marketing Operation/ Marketing Automation in a B2B environment - a must.
- Experience with website management (WordPress, Elementor), landing pages creation, conversion rate optimization - a must.
- Experience with email marketing, including nurture flows and sequences using content - a must
- Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and B2B ad platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
- Clear understanding of marketing and sales processes including account-based marketing and sales, campaign planning and execution, pipeline management, forecasting etc.
- Knowledge and experience in the US healthcare vertical - significant advantage.
