We're working with an award-winning social media marketing agency, who are looking for a sales and marketing executive. Their unique AI technology takes product-packshot images and turns them into high-quality creative visuals. Their AI-powered service is the ultimate solution for creating stunning imagery that drives conversions, saves costs, and boosts ad performance for businesses in the FMCG & e-commerce industries. With over 2000 staff and 20 offices around the world, the group has supported clients such as Pret-A-Manger, Barclays, YouTube, Netflix and many more.

This is a completely new offering to the market and one which has had tremendous traction through BETA testing. The team are currently searching for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis who can help us drive awareness and opportunities.

Your day-to-day

You’ll work alongside the team's New Business Manager and Founder to help drive new business. You’ll split time between cold outreach and be the frontline champion in introducing our agency's services to potential clients. Your main mission? To dive headfirst into business development, building connections, and sharing the fantastic brand proposition with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and Potential Client Analysis:
    • Identify and research potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
    • Using effective questioning and tailoring the AI solution to address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a compelling sales pitch
    • Keep a keen eye on industry trends and opportunities to contribute to our evolving outreach strategy.
  • Leading Outreach:
    • Initiate and maintain engaging cold outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential clients.
    • Be the friendly face of the business, introducing the service and creating that first spark of interest.
  • Sales Design Consultancy:
    • Once clients are interested and signed up, you'll work to understand their needs and translate this through to the design team
    • Learning from others in the sales team on how to promote different aspects of the AI tool and shape customer requirements
  • Quoting & contracts:
    • Putting together responses to the requirements of the business
    • Finalising contracts with the prospect

Requirements

You’re a go-getter, a stellar communicator, and have an undeniable charm! Ideally, you’ll have some sales and marketing experience already, but most importantly, you'll be eager and hungry to learn the sales process and grow within the company.

We need someone with an appetite to want to succeed, and you are diligent in that pursuit of success. You want to be in an environment that fosters performance, and you have an interest in engaging with FMCG and ecommerce brands from all over the globe.

£25,000 - £30,000 base salary, with £45,000 OTE
