Job Description

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at DevRev, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our revenue generation processes. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions, ultimately driving revenue growth and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 

  • Build ICP Account lists and persona lists for Sales team using tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io.
  • Manage Account/Opportunity/Contact ownership in Grow CRM.
  • Build reports/dashboards using data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Enrich Accounts and contacts using tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc
  • Make sure the activities are regularly logged in to the CRM by the sales team.
  • Work closely with the pre and post sales team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the data accuracy in the CRM.
  • Bring ideas to the table and work with multiple teams to improve the tool functionality.

Qualifications

  • Have to 4-6 years of Sales Operations experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on on tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Linnkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc
  • Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to get the work done
  • A self-starter, ability to grasp systems knowledge and work with minimal direction
  • Agility to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
