We are hiring for a
B2B Product Marketing Specialist to champion the Tabby merchant experience, driving adoption, engagement, and cross-selling opportunities. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, ensuring our merchants understand the value Tabby offers and have the resources they need to thrive.
Location: Riyadh, KSA or Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Experience:
- Own the Tabby merchant journey, from onboarding and activation to product adoption and expansion
- Develop and implement marketing programs that engage merchants at each stage of the journey, optimising conversion and retention
- Partner with internal stakeholders (product, sales, customer success) to ensure a seamless and valuable merchant experience
- Analyse data and track key metrics to measure the success of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Own the go-to-market plans for new Tabby products and features, tailoring messaging and campaigns for specific merchant segments
- Collaborate with product managers to develop product narratives and positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) in executing launch campaigns and driving awareness and adoption
- Measure the success of go-to-market campaigns and refine strategies based on data insights

Communication and Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (product, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Effectively communicate the value of Tabby and its products to both internal and external audiences
- Present marketing plans and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions
We expect that you:
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey
- Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products/features
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing and interpreting marketing data
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Fluent in English, written and verbally
Bonus Point:
- Fluent in Arabic
- Experience working with B2B e-commerce platforms or payment solutions
- Understanding of the B2B payments landscape and emerging trend
