We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing Team at Rossum. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Your efforts will drive high-impact product launches, acquire in-depth customer and market feedback, perform customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing, and develop messaging and collateral to enable our GTM teams.

This position is ideal for a data-driven person who excels in storytelling, messaging, project management and execution of creative go-to-market strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, and experience in efficiently working cross-functionally, supporting and enabling GTM teams, ideally, in a B2B SaaS company. In this role, you will directly influence Rossum's growth by driving successful product launches and enhancing market positioning. Your efforts will lead to increased revenue, higher customer adoption rates, and a stronger competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft Unique Positioning and Messaging: Elevate Rossum story to position us as a leader in the intelligent document processing and automation market.

  • Develop and Execute Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content, messaging, briefings and go-to-market strategies to efficiently bring new product to market.

  • Conduct Continuous Research: Engage in persona research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to stay ahead.

  • Develop Case Studies: Interview customers and craft compelling stories on successful customer implementations and outcomes to showcase Rossum's concrete business value.

  • Contribute to Go-To-Market Growth: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and market dynamics. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Set Up Customer Advocacy Programs: Boost the impact of marketing activities by leveraging social proof and facilitating continuous discovery.

  • Ensure Alignment Across Teams: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for effective go-to-market execution.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ Years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Consultancy (ideally, Big 4)

  • Native or near-native English speaker (spoken & written)

  • Outstanding Storyteller: Strong, succinct writing & communication skills and an eye for good design.

  • Data-Driven Marketer: Combine intuition with data and customer empathy/research to build strategy, measure outcomes, and inform decision-making.

  • Self-Starter and Hustler: Manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborator: Team player who thinks big, is hands-on, organized, and solves problems.

  • Leader: Inspire, lead, and align cross-functional teams.

  • Creator: Build meaningful brands by producing standout content.
