We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, with a preference for those who have worked in B2B, high-tech companies, or those dealing with artificial intelligence.
A critical requirement for this position is an excellent command of both written and spoken English. Being an English native speaker would be a welcomed advantage, as it would ensure seamless communication with our global customer base and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that highlight the unique value of our products and differentiate them in the market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Work closely with the product development team and sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness of product marketing strategies.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and sales presentations to communicate the value of the products to customers and partners.
- Plan and execute launch campaigns for innovative products, coordinating activities across various marketing channels.
- Provide the sales team with the information and resources needed to effectively sell the products, including training on product strengths and competition.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data and metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Work to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion, improving the user experience across all touchpoints and marketing channels.
- Develop and refine product positioning and key messaging that resonates with different audience segments, highlighting the benefits and distinctive features of the product.
- Work closely with the Product Managers team to gain a deep understanding of the product, its roadmap, and future functionalities to prepare effective go-to-market strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to drive continuous product improvement and marketing strategies. This may include conducting surveys, focus groups, or analyzing product reviews.
- Identify and define target buyer personas for each product, thoroughly understanding their needs, decision-making process, and purchasing paths to guide the development of targeted marketing strategies.
