Your Opportunity / What You Will Be Doing:
You will have the opportunity to grow our cutting edge email database monetization strategy.
You will be responsible for launching, analyzing and optimization of performance campaigns.

The easy part of your job? Keeping on top of team workload, prioritizing tasks, allocating work, helping and facilitating the team follow our processes.
The hard part of your job? Keeping on top of a very fast-moving team and demanding business needs.
Recruiting Process:
All applicants will be asked to submit a form with basic details and a personality test and for those shortlisted, complete a 1-1 interview, a case study/test and a final in-person assessment centre.
We don't care wher you went to school or how good your grades were. We don't care how much experience you have, where you've worked, etc. And we don't want to see your titles, ‘Scrum’ qualifications or certificates. Either you think you can think critically and quickly take over project management for one or more of our teams, or you don't. That's all that matters.

Pay / Bonuses and Benefits
Very competitive. The sky's the limit. Depending on experience, candidates should expect to earn a very competitive salary plus BONUSES. Successful candidates in similar positions have grown to earn multiples of their starting salary within a very short amount of time. After your first year, you'll have an extra bonus based on the profitability of the company and the team.

Location / Hours / Starting Date / Reporting Line
Location: We just opened a new office opposite the Warsaw Spire, in Warsaw. You should expect to work Monday to Friday from this location.
Hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday - depending on team workload and urgencies, occasionally weekend work may be required / paid accordingly.
