Simbian is revolutionizing the cybersecurity industry with AI-powered solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase Simbian's brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design to develop and implement marketing campaigns, create compelling content, manage social media presence, and execute digital marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape Simbian's brand image and market positioning, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Conduct extensive research on market trends, the brand's target audiences, and competitors to gain deep insights into the target market and create data-driven strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share valuable insights with the team in order to identify areas of improvement and develop optimization plans.
  • Continuously measure ROI and KPIs to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions.
  • Allocate and manage a comprehensive marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and engagement.
  • Experience with marketing automation software eg . Hubspot
  • Forecast campaign performance trends using comprehensive data analysis and insights to drive impactful marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills would be considered a bonus:

  • Proven experience in data collection, reporting and analysis.
  • Experience of interpreting data using various methodologies.
  • Exposure to a marketing environment and/or marketing systems and platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with global teams.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
