Meet The Team:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing on a variety of marketing strategies throughout the organization. We are looking for someone who can work across teams to plan and manage marketing and communications initiatives. This role will assist in everything from visual and written content creation to event planning and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the team in development of quality content, brand kits, and presentations.
- Plan and manage meetings, events, and conferences by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and supporting scheduling.
- Support development of market research, forecasts, and campaign results.
- Investigate new opportunities for industry and community outreach.
- Assist in the development and execution of corporate events.
- Organize and maintain internal assets (photos, videos, guides).
- Maintain stock of promotional materials by coordinating requirements with various. departments, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Experience in coordinating trade show events, media events, or similar conferences.
- General knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and strong relationships, effectively create reports and relate data, make presentations, and communicate to a diverse workforce.
- Strong business insight and judgment, team orientation and collaborative style.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to plan, develop, coordinate resources, prioritize effectively, and maintain programs and initiatives simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment with quickly changing business needs.
- Ability to ethically handle sensitive and confidential information with impartiality and professionalism.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Bonus Points!
- Experience in PR or Journalism writing.
- Basic skills or knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or similar graphics tools.
- Experience with speaking at public events or similar conferences.

Hiring Range for Job Opening US Pay Range
