Position Overview
- Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver strategy consulting projects that address specific client needs in a specific industry;
- Conduct independent research to identify, collect, manage and analyze data using spreadsheets and statistical programs;
- Contribute to internal discussions that build insights from the analytical process and integrating findings into broader project deliverables;
- Conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews with clients or external stakeholders;
- Facilitate industry, market structure, and competitor-positioning studies using secondary research and/or primary research surveys or interviews;
- Investigate and analyze market rules, regulations, industry trends, or other documents;
- Assume responsibility for generating sections of client reports, presentations and other client deliverables (e.g. Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations) under supervision;
- Proactively develop your knowledge of an industry as well as consulting methodologies.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic performance;
- Experience with, or keen interest in, the sector of focus (energy, life sciences/healthcare, or other);
- Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems;
- Understanding of how to conduct secondary research, critically interpret data, and summarize key takeaways;
- Effective written communication and oral presentation skills;

Work Location Flexibility
CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we recognize that individuals realize a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to a client's location), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team. At certain times of the year (e.g. holiday periods), additional remote work options are offered to those whose work commitments permit it, although our offices remain open for those who choose or need to be there.

The state of California, the city of New York, and the District of Columbia require CRA to include a good-faith estimate of the wage range for this role. This range is specific to individuals applying to work in our California, New York, and Washington, DC offices and considers several factors including but not limited to experience, education level, and expertise. A good-faith estimate of the base wage range for this role is $87,000 - $91,000; actual total compensation may also include benefits and bonus.
