Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
What your background should look like:
Checking the data structure on various network drives
Developing solutions for:
Checking and defining a new system for data storage including release management
Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various software solutions
Creation of a modern archive including extensive search options
Adaptation / standardization of the existing data structure incl. migration of data
Checking interface suitability to reduce manual filing processes
What your background should look like:
University student or degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, Engineering background
