Role Overview:
As the Demand Generation Manager at Leonardo.Ai, you will be responsible for building and delivering on a roadmap that scales demand generation across both B2B and B2C audiences.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create and manage multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers. You’ll be passionate about delivering new user growth and establishing Leonardo.Ai as a leader in the AI industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with Leonardo.Ai’s business goals for both the business and consumer markets.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise demand-gen marketing campaigns (including email, SEO, content collaborations, influencer marketing, and performance marketing channels) to test and scale high-performing channels and campaigns.
Lead Nurturing: Design and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with relevant content to drive conversion of B2B prospects.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team and platform creators to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports demand generation efforts.
Tracking and reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive program efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Skills:
Commercial experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a creative and strategic mindset.

Round 1 - Meet Your Recruiter:
Our Talent team will reach out and arrange a 30-minute video call where you'll cover your experience, skills, and career motivations. You'll also get essential context about the role, the team, and how you can contribute towards our goals.
Round 2 - Craft Interview:
You'll meet some team members to discuss the technical task in more depth, work through some technical questions related to your expertise and cover past projects, experience and career aspirations.
Round 3 - Technical Task:
If you're applying for a technical role, you may be given a short take-home task to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise. (Please note, depending on the role, the order of rounds 2 & 3 are interchangeable)
Round 4 - Values interview:
You'll be able to meet with the Department Head for a short, informal conversation to understand your potential impact, the growth area we can support, and how aligned you are with our values and culture.
