Frontend Developer, Full Time, ESOP

AudioStack is looking for a Frontend Developer based in London, who wants to apply their excellent product design skills and experience to take their career to the next level.

This is an exciting and strategic role within AudioStack with enormous growth potential. Your goal is work as part of an established development team is to lead on our frontend creation and implementation. You'll have a say in product design along with the trust and autonomy to make frontend decisions. What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to the development of the AudioStack platform by leading design-thinking, UX, and UI in conjunction with the product owner, team lead and rest of the development team.
• Participate in daily stand-ups with your team to update regarding your progress and raise any blockers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our BE & ML teams, to agree with contracts for the workflows.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-centred solutions.
• Build things with the mentality of: "Fast is better than perfection" whilst still writing high quality code. We ship fast!
• Solicit feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 3 years of proven commercial experience with TypeScript
• Proven commercial experience with React or similar framework
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of Source Control & Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Good to have:

• Experience with NextJS
• Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express)
• Knowledge of AI and its application in web development
• Knowledge of audio production and related technologies
