Who You Are:

You are excited about all things NetSuite and would embrace the opportunity to manage our NetSuite instance as a member of our Business Applications team.  You know how to push existing frameworks to their limits, and when the time is right to develop new frameworks to increase our velocity.  You understand the importance of a sound ERP, and know how to build it to scale to 10K+ customers over the next three years. 

You are creative, collaborative and detail-oriented, and know how to successfully work cross-functionally with teams like RevOps, Supply Chain and Finance to get things done.  You have strong prioritization skills and can operate at hyper-speed in a sometimes ambiguous environment.  You are ready to be the internal subject matter expert about all things NetSuite and Celigo, and to make a big impact at a growing company.

  • Owning and maintaining a highly successful NetSuite instance, iterating as necessary to keep pace with business changes
  • Autonomy to drive an end-to-end Salesforce - Celigo - Netsuite  process

  • Work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the company, fostering open communication and collaboration on features, tasks, design, and architecture

What Gets Our Attention:

  • A deep knowledge of NetSuite and Celigo scoping,  improvement, and maintenance
  • An expert understanding of NetSuite customizations and tools
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Experience with inventory management and 3PL (third-party logistics) processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Your ability to take an idea and turn it into an actionable item and deliver on it
  • A natural curiosity and continuous learning mindset
  • A firm believer in the power of well-structured systems for scalable and efficient business operations
  • BS/BA degree preferred; commensurate work experience will be considered
  • At least 4 years experience as a NetSuite Admin/Developer in high-growth environments (SaaS/tech startup)
  • That you are currently based in the United States.

  • Annual Salary Range: $118,000 - $150,000. Spot AI uses multiple factors when determining offered salary, including geographical location within the United States. Your recruiting partner can provide further details once an interview process has begun.
