Mission:

In this content marketing  role, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the company's event marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, including sales and R&D, to execute impactful field marketing events.

This is what you will be contributing to:

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies and programs that drive demand generation, brand awareness, and sales pipeline growth in specific regions or vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and localized content tailored to regional needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform and adjust field marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, using data and metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a deeptech or B2B environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High-agency, proactive, and autonomous work style
  • Experience in fintech or platform B2B marketing is a plus
