We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing machine learning models and data analysis strategies. As a key member of our data organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement machine learning models to support business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis testing to validate model performance and business impact.
Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Skilled in SQL, Python and R, including relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data processing, data cleaning, and feature engineering techniques.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries such as Tableau and Matplotlib.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing and training machine learning models.
Knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis testing methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
