Data & AI Governance Vice President 

that we are looking for?

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s data and AI strategy, and driving the AI transformation.

We will look to you to establish Alstom’s data and AI strategy, and driving AI transformation, including, but not limited to:

  • Develop Alstom strategy and governance on Data and AI and ensure its promotion.
  • Manage and develop an international team of relevant solution professionals serving a global company and drive a positive culture aligned with our corporate values.
  • Identify & prioritize use cases, in collaboration with the business (for internal & external use).
  • Develop and implement data sciences and AI solutions leading the development of the Data, Data Science and AI group organization.
  • Ensure solutions roll-out transform the business, driving value for stakeholders (for internal & external use).
  • Ensure translation from vision to solution delivery and from solution delivery to real business impact.
  • Track business impacts of data and AI, quantify and mitigate the risks in line with regulatory compliance and ethics guidelines.

  • Master’s degree in data science and/or AI with a solid professional experience in these fields.
  • Understanding of AI & Machine learning technologies and their applications.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or statistical information in a clear and effective manner.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices for data quality and data protection regulations
  • AI solution validation and trusted AI
