WEX is seeking an Enterprisewide Analyst to lead the evolution of our Employee Technology Services (ETS) application portfolio, focusing on harnessing AI to unlock employee productivity. In this pivotal role, you will drive a comprehensive strategy that leverages AI to streamline workflows, automate tasks, enhance communication, and create a more personalized, proactive experience for WEX employees globally. Our newly formed AI & Productivity team focuses on developing innovative solutions to enhance internal processes and employee performance. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Enterprisewide Analyst to drive this initiative forward. As a key member of the AI & Productivity team, the Enterprisewide Analyst will drive use case discovery and insights, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong leadership.
How you'll make an impact
Strategic Planning:
Identify and assess productivity challenges within the organization.
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to address these challenges.
Run experiments and pilots quickly to determine the potential for scaling AI initiatives.
Evaluate the impact of AI initiatives on internal productivity and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
System Analysis & Design:
Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across functional areas.
Prepare design proposals reflecting cost, time, and alternative actions to meet business needs.
Rapidly execute and analyze pilot tests to assess the feasibility and scalability of proposed systems.
Project Management:
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure successful project completion.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Stakeholder Communication and Deliverable Marketing:
Act as the main point of contact between the AI & Productivity team and other departments.
Promote and highlight the team's deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership across the company, showcasing the value and impact of AI and productivity initiatives.
Ensure that team goals are synchronized with business objectives, driving cohesive and effective outcomes.
Experience you'll bring
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Project management experience, preferably in customer-driven environments that embrace rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in data analysis, insight generation, and storytelling
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in road mapping
Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects effectively
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Demonstrated strength in proactive problem-solving
Skilled in using analysis/diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and their applications in enterprise settings.
The Employee Technology Service application portfolio encompasses tools such as Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Moveworks Copilot. Familiarity with any or all of these products is highly desirable.
