Got a talent for guiding folks on an incredible buyer journey? webAI is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager who can transform ordinary ideas into extraordinary campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with our content and growth marketing teams to design and implement compelling marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and implement integrated campaigns across diverse tactics and channels fueled by data-driven insight. 
  • Strategize and partner with Growth and Content marketing to execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, website/landing page optimization, paid media, webinars, organic social, sales enablement, and more.
  • Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs with all stakeholders, managing the overall calendar of global demand generation campaigns, from targeted ABM motions to broader evergreen programs.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of campaign activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments based on the buyer journey.
  • Lead campaign playbook creation, management, and updates by working across the organization to develop campaign integration and activation plans

Requirements and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign, product, or digital marketing, with experience in developing scalable marketing programs.
  • Proven track record in building and executing successful marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue targets, preferably in a SaaS/B2B technology environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex activities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with martech tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, Webflow, webinar platforms).
  • High energy, self-motivated, performance-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Ability to think strategically and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
