Artificial Intelligence Product Analyst

The Opportunity:

Booz Allen's aerospace team is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Analyst to design innovative new applications and products in the defense market. As an AI Product Analyst, you know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech. Here, you’ll have the chance to work within agile teams to develop AI powered products and solutions that support your clients’ most pressing missions.

As an AI Product Analyst, you’ll support and guide end-to-end product development efforts across our aerospace portfolio, defining products and their features, establishing delivery strategies and roadmaps, and partnering with engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact pilots and maturing them into extensive products. You'll work with warfighters across the U.S. Air Force to define GenAI-based products that support DoD mission goals.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing product requirements documents, product roadmaps, and associated artifacts
  • Experience with business process improvement, including requirements elicitation, workflow mapping and breakdown, and technical requirements translation
  • Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, delivering client presentations, or drafting other deliverables to communicate complex technical and business concepts to leaders and key stakeholders in non-technical roles
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders to adopt new processes, working collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and creating process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted business systems teams
  • Knowledge of technical requirements and business process best practices, and AI, including generative AI and large language models as well as their potential uses
  • Ability to think critically, and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to break down complex problems, identify dependencies and constraints, resolve conflicts, and prioritize needs
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts, perform in a fast-paced work environment, adjust quickly to changing priorities, and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Analytics, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting the U.S. Air Force
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira
  • Experience with systems engineering or software development
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle Process and Agile development
  • Knowledge of the AI Product Development process and MLOps
  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
