ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a visionary AI Product Marketing to lead our artificial intelligence strategy and drive AI adoption across our marketing organization. As an AI thought leader, you will identify opportunities to incorporate leading-edge AI technologies into our marketing and communications activities to deliver more impactful, personalized customer experiences.

We are looking for someone eager to disrupt marketing through AI and passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for the right innovative leader to make their mark!

• Develop and execute an AI strategy and roadmap for marketing, focused on maximizing value and ROI
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and identify use cases to enhance marketing campaigns, content development, data analytics, and more
• Lead the integration of AI into key marketing functions including demand generation, email marketing, digital advertising, content creation and website optimization
• Collaborate with product management and services teams to align on AI messaging and go-to-market plans
• Champion AI initiatives and accomplishments both internally and as a company spokesperson at industry events
• Measure performance of AI implementations and fine-tune for optimal outcomes
• Guide team training and skill-building on AI tools to drive adoption

ABOUT YOU

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in marketing or partnership roles, with track record of driving AI initiatives
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and applications in marketing context
• Experience with leading AI software platforms and generative AI tools
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify high-value AI use cases tied to business goals
• Strong project management, collaboration, presentation and communication abilities
• Passionate about AI innovation and eager to evangelize AI capabilities

Preferred:

• Background in pioneering use of emerging technologies to transform business processes
• Existing relationships with leading AI technology partners
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in nurturing a positive and engaging work culture.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is from $107,400 to $145,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits.

The provided range reflects the anticipated salary spectrum for this role. Additionally, the role is qualified to receive an annual bonus in line with individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation package will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
