The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, coupled with exceptional communication and marketing skills. This role bridges the gap between our technical product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that our solutions and their differentiations are effectively communicated to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Content Creation: Develop technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, webinars, and blog posts to support marketing campaigns.
  • Product Evangelism: Act as the technical expert and advocate for our cybersecurity products, articulating their benefits, features, and differentiations to technical audiences.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Training: Provide training and support to the sales team, partners, and customers to ensure a deep understanding of our products and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with the R&D team to understand product roadmap and differentiation, providing inputs on product specifications and capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing technical sales tools and strategies, including competitive analysis and solution positioning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or related role within the cybersecurity industry, especially SIEM or SOC market.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and practices of security operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and R&D.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
