This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proficiency in either Python or .NET programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in using LLMs (large language models) for natural language processing or generative AI tasks.
• Knowledge of various LLM platforms such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, and GPT-3.
• Experience in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
