This position demands proficiency in MSSQL, Python,APIintegration (utilizing tools like Postman), and navigating logs within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient technical support for our data collection software, resolving issues effectively even under pressure.
Utilize API debugging tools such as Postman to troubleshoot and enhance API functionality.
Leverage GCP logs to identify, track, and diagnose potential software issues, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Utilize Python scripting to automate tasks, optimize software performance and debug scriptwriter scripts.
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to gain insights into software issues and develop strategic solutions.
Requirements:
Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in MSSQL, Python, API integration (Postman), and log management.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is considered a significant asset.
