About the Team
Artificial Intelligence is playing an important role in enhancing the employee experience by enabling software to be context-aware and tailored to individual users' needs. Workday is investing significantly in discovering new and innovative applications of AI to deliver a superior user experience for its customers. As a result of these investments, we are seeking a Software Development Manager. This full-stack team is responsible for developing the end-user facing layers of Workday products, which are utilized by over 65 million employees worldwide.About the Role
Hire and lead a successful development team

Develop close working relationships with partners, Product Management and Product Design to create an extraordinary user experience together

About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years’ experience leading cross-functional development teams in agile environments ranging in experience from graduate level up to seasoned professionals
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Computer Science/Engineering major or equivalent experience
Strong technical background in full-stack and/or front-end development
Shown ability to develop talent and lead successful teams
Other Qualifications :
Built and shipped complex software products, while constantly targeting continuous improvement
A passion for innovation
An interest in or experience with ML/Data-Science/Data-Analytics would be a plus
