Your mission

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions that drive customer success. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, design and implement comprehensive solutions, and provide expert technical guidance. Your role will be central to enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the innovation and growth of our platform.

Your profile

  • Lead the technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our platform
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design bespoke solutions that meet their business needs
  • Deliver top-notch generative automation solutions to customer use cases
  • Work with customers to design intelligent automation solutions and deliver the solution implementation in collaboration with them
  • Monitor, maintain, and support existing customer solutions for intelligent automation
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact
  • Manage customer accounts to maximise  their value and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Onboard new customers to the product with a focus on user adoption
  • Develop and oversee customer success plans to maximise customer value
  • Own customer engagement and communication across all accounts
  • Be responsible for hiring, growing, and managing the solution delivery team in line with company growth
  • Own the solution delivery OKRs in terms of setting and reporting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and thought leadership

Your Profile

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting
  • Proficient in software development and programming languages like Python is essential
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience with no-code or low-code platforms, intelligent automation, or RPA is highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a hyper-growth startup is highly desirable
