What you’ll do: 
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Solutions Consultant to join our Strategic Sales Team, evangelizing Findem across the largest technology driven companies today, as the best talent acquisition and talent management platform for the modern enterprise.  The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing technical expertise, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and ensuring that our solutions meet the unique needs of prospective clients. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Pre-Sales Support:- Partner with the Strategic Sales Team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and requirements.- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.- Create customized presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept solutions to address client-specific use cases.
Solution Design and Consultation:- Collaborate with clients to design and recommend optimal solutions that leverage Findem.ai's capabilities.- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients on how to maximize the value of our platform.- Address client questions and concerns regarding product functionality, integration, and implementation.
Relationship Building:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Findem.ai solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align client needs with product development and service delivery.- Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements and market trends to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
Thought Leadership:- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.- Represent Findem.ai at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role, preferably in the AI or HR technology space.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and their applications in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
