About the role

Tabby’s marketplace generates ~5,000,000 clicks every month to retail partners with an average conversion to Tabby purchases at 10%. Today Tabby works with affiliate networks and retailers to monetize the traffic it generates via merchandising placements, coupons and cost-per-click.We’re looking at the next phase of Tabby’s marketplace to be more dynamic, personalized and styled with not only brands, but hundreds of thousands of products from our partner stores. Fashion, beauty, luxury are the major categories of focus, along with a variety of other product categories from electronics to insurance. We expect you to provide the best experience for the customers that covers both discovery and usability shopping scenarios.

You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

  • Build up and execute the product vision, strategy and user experience for Marketplace shopping experience at Tabby based on data, usability studies, research, and market analysis.
  • Manage product backlog and your team’s roadmap.
  • Gather requirements, define functionality, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, and use learnings to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, product designers, UX researchers, analysts, developers and colleagues from related departments to deliver the best Marketplace shopping experience.



We expect that you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in B2C product management.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully launched products and features for Marketplace shopping experience (Discovery and Catalogue).
  • Can both come up with ideas and research best practices in the market and apply the best of them to implement in your product.
  • Have strong product analytics skills and make data-driven decisions.
  • Have hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher)
  • Have great communication skills and are able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
