Job Description:

Position Overview: As the AI Solutions Product Manager (Strategist) you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-based products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, HPC&AI Software, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure that our AI solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving product strategy, and ensuring that our AI solutions deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market needs.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI. Translate insights into actionable product requirements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, HPC&AI Software, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize features, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance user satisfaction and product adoption.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, development, and testing to launch, marketing, and post-launch support.

  • KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success, user engagement, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.

  • AI Ethics & Compliance: Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management; a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
