The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

The technological innovation of AIGC is causing an industry revolution. AIGC enhances the richness of content, improves the efficiency of creative production, significantly reduces the production costs of content, thereby enhancing the marketing effectiveness of advertisers. It is foreseeable that there will be great returns for the creative industry. Therefore, we want to invest more to this area.

1. Responsible for providing LLM-based Copilot AI products for TikTok For Business customers, undertaking corresponding product planning and specific product design work;
2、Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize modules, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business goals;
3、In-depth understanding of the international advertising ecosystem and advertisers' needs, develop innovative advertising products based on AI generation through industry understanding;
4、Collaborate closely with design and R&D teams to deliver high quality products that meet user needs and exceed business goals;
5、Collaborate closely with business development team and sales team to drive advertisers' adoption of new products and features, and explore and drive new business revenue growth;
6、Continuously track and analyze key product metrics to provide insights and iteration basis for product decisions through data-driven;
7、To keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, to drive business innovation, and to continuously maintain the competitiveness of internationalized products in the advertising field.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1, 5+ years of product management experience in marketing, advertising or creative related products and tools direction;
2, have a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media buying and ad optimization;
3、Possess strong AI technology and application ability in the field of advertising;
4、Possess excellent analytical skills to influence product design and continuous iteration through data-driven;
5、Possess excellent cross-team collaboration skills to work efficiently with R&D, design, data science and business development teams;
6, excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
7、Bachelor degree or above in computer science, R&D or related field.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $311000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
