Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager with specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy for AI-driven solutions for TeamViewer. Your primary role will be to bridge the gap between the technical aspects of artificial intelligence and product requirements. You'll be responsible for developing a clear product vision and strategy for AI applications in collaboration with the product team.

• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and other relevant teams to understand and interpret the technical aspects and requirements of AI projects
• Conduct market research to identify AI trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
• Guide feasibility studies on product ideas based on your experience with AI technologies
• Develop a clear product vision and strategy for AI applications in collaboration with the product team
• Translate technical requirements into product features and specifications
• Derive the technical architecture and run the vendor selection process for our AI use cases
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond
• Set up a quality monitoring of our AI products, including technical parameters such as accuracy, but also user acceptance KPIs
• Work closely with the marketing team to effectively position and market products
• Actively participate in team meetings to comprehend project progress and identify potential obstacles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product management, computer science, or a related field
• Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Experience in product management or related functions
• Experience collaborating with developers and data scientists.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and customers
• Analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decision
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, especially artificial intelligence
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with different departments
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to product development and management
