The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Podium, you will be responsible for the delivery of a communication-first CRM designed specifically to help local businesses capture and convert more leads. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a nascent CRM in an industry hungry for innovation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive the successful launch of CRM features. You will engage with customers weekly, use data to inform strategic business decisions, and leverage AI to disrupt the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the CRM product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive adoption and usage of Podium’s CRM.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver a best-in-class CRM experience.
- Work across product teams to ensure all products with CRM needs are supported.
- Work with go-to-market teams to drive successful launch of CRM features.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and inform CRM roadmap.
- Partner closely with integration teams to enable the CRM as a robust integration surface.
- Develop a deep understanding of how Podium users interact with–and value–CRM tools.
- Use competitive market, product, and business data to inform CRM development investments.
- Engage weekly with customers to identify needs and gather CRM feedback.
- Present a coherent CRM product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record delivering measurable results through product launches.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership and impact.
- Adept at assessing and adjusting resources to optimize outcomes for the business.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently initiate and drive projects with minimal guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across the organization.
- Ability to analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Able to create focus for the development team.
