We are thrilled to announce the opening for a Senior Platform Engineer within our dynamic and talented Contact Center Services team. This position is at the heart of our customer communication infrastructure and platforms, driving innovation and shaping the future of our customer service experience.

The Senior Platform Engineer will lead and support the technical implementation of a new cloud SaaS platform dedicated to enhancing customer self-service interactions by deploying chat and voice bots. This platform will be integrated with our Cloud Contact Center platform, forming a critical part of our digital transformation.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll have the chance to leverage your technical expertise to shape and help us revolutionize our customer service experience using advanced technology and innovative solutions.

We are looking for a new colleague with a strong passion for AI and cloud technology, an excellent problem solver, with a customer- and user-focused mindset, and who is eager to be part of our journey to evolve and improve the future customer experience in Danske Banks digital channels through the usage of Text & Voice Bots, GenAI, Data and APIs.

Your workplace will be in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Cloud Chatbot Platform for enabling AI-driven customer self-service solutions
  • Work with business and IT representatives to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into a secure solution design
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with our development teams to support the integration and development of new services
  • Develop and maintain high- and low-level design documentation
  • Work closely together with Danske Bank’s third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and relevant regulations, evaluate potential services and applications, and provide input for service roadmaps
  • Support and guide less experienced colleagues

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with platform engineering
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, e.g., PaaS, SaaS, including cloud security
  • Experience with system integration using web services as API and Restful services
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies such as Chat & Voice Bots, GenAI and Speech technologies
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including security, data compliance, architecture, design, implementation, and operation
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem solving
  • Having a customer- and end-user focus and approach to any solution design
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4000 EUR to 6000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
