Location: Arlington, VA
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing program delivery from Fractal, working in collaboration with the client’s Amazon team to identify data-driven use cases and establish an analytics strategy.
Provides support and thought leadership with the POD team.
Lead at least one client project independently. Proactively deliver client updates and attend meetings with stakeholders.
Identify potential failures and risks of a project, data sources, tracking execution and success metrics effectively and efficiently.
A successful candidate is comfortable owning projects in complex, often ambiguous settings, while managing stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring a timely delivery of quality solutions
Interpret analytical solutions into “business sense” and drive solution adoption with multifunctional client stakeholders: account executives, revenue management and finance executives
Use industry experience and subject-matter expertise to elevate client deliverables, future-proof solutions and create value for client
Generate insights and present findings and deliverable to client that meets business requirements
Provide high-end consulting and thought leadership to clients at the business heads level and help them sharpen their business strategies by way of implementing analytical models to realize the business objectives
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with both virtual and face-to-face interactions utilizing structured approaches to solving problems, managing risks, and documenting assumptions
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in digital commerce and marketing analytics.
Experience of working end-to-end on data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, monitoring and maintenance.
Experience in working in CPG domain / eCommerce datasets and KPIs.
Understanding of data systems, construction of robust, scalable data pipelines from the data lake and other data sources.
Design of data for downstream analytical applications
Proficient in Python, R, SQL, MS Azure, Excel
Experience in Statistics and with ML skills - Regression & Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, A/B Testing, Customer Segmentation, HC Analysis, CLC & Promotional campaign designing, Post Campaign Analysis, Pipeline Building, Web Scraping
Education Qualification and Certifications required, if any:
Bachelor's of Engineering / Technology / Statistics / Mathematics
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $100,000 - $182,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
