What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a passionate Senior AI NLP Engineer to join our core NLP team.
With a wide array of responsibilities and corresponding impact, you’ll help spearhead our new product offering and wear multiple hats at a fast-growing, dynamic, early-stage company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement products that incorporate Generative AI, Knowledge Retrieval, prompt engineering for LLMs and RAG, in order to help patients across the US
- Deliver your solutions to production while constantly monitoring and improving their scalability, reliability and robustness
- Continuously improve our existing NLU capabilities that help patients across the US answer any question (QA), schedule appointments with their doctor, refill their prescriptions, and much more
- Write clear code with clean architecture, good design patterns and tests
Requirements
- 4+ years of Python or Javascript programming experience
- Experience with building ML or LLM-based applications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Team player with a positive and fun attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-changing environment
- Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing, and performance requirements
Advantages:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge in functional programming
- Experience using RAG or vector DBS
