Within Oracle Health & AI, the Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront of this transformation. We are developing a next-generation platform for healthcare applications, harnessing advancements in generative AI technologies and OCI’s cloud-native AI/ML and data infrastructure. This platform introduces capabilities such as conversational search, voice-assisted applications, summarization, semantic search, and RAG, redefining healthcare experiences for both patients and clinicians.

As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the data platform for CDA. Basic Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent
  • 3-8+ years of relevant software development experience
  • Experience building and shipping enterprise distributed and cloud native systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Java or Python language
  • Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural best practices
  • Experience with Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams and presentations)
  • Experience with building data pipelines, messaging and, scalable streaming services.
  • Experience with Relational databases and OpenSearch

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Vector Stores, RAG based architectures and Generative AI (LLMs) 
  • Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.
