A Corp Lab in NTU is looking for a Research Engineer I or II to work on Large Language Models for Health. This role requires a passion for innovation, the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and a commitment to contributing to groundbreaking discoveries in project-based research.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and team members/engineers to design and implement LLMs-based conversational agents.
Assist in data and LLM analysis and conducting experiments for project-based research questions.
Assist in developing algorithms and models based on existing LLMs to enhance multi-turn conversations, proactive inquiry, and knowledge-guided common-sense reasoning in conversational agents.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering.
Solid knowledge in Natural Language Processing, LLMs, or conversational AI.
Proficient in programming languages and frameworks relevant to machine learning, specifically Python and PyTorch.
Able to test, debug and optimize existing code base and other features.
Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving skills.
Relevant publication record in NLP and conversational AI is preferred.
