Quality Principal Engineer, AI PMO

What you’ll achieve
As Quality Principal Engineer, you will be charged with helping advance the org’s vision to continue to modernize the way work gets done in the CFO organization. You will drive projects for prioritized business problems to be solved by leveraging technology.

You will:

  • Define detailed workflows for corresponding use cases involved in Generative AI Projects

  • Provide consulting and guidance to functions with developing strategic priorities and structure business problems, including through business problem scoping workshops and driving documentation of as-is to be mapping

  • Help evaluate and build proposals for strategic opportunities to apply process modernization

  • Drive cross-functional projects for prioritized business problems to be solved by leveraging technology

  • Support Project Lead with definition, planning, execution, and change management through standardized project management approaches, working in partnership with various functional and technical teams

Essential Requirements

  • 10-12 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, or related discipline and/or relevant work experience

  • Experience & understanding in Automation, Analytics, and Data Science (AI/ML) techniques, and applying them to solve business problems; Technical experience in these technologies is a plus

  • Proven Process engineering experience leading projects that involve a broad set of stakeholders and work activities with a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across team members with a wide range of skill sets, using a variety of approaches, and creating strong relationships built on trust

  • Structured program management skills: Project scoping, planning, execution and change management

  • Black Belt, PMP and or Agile Scrum Master Certification essential.

Desirable Requirements

  • Financial or Accounting background would be a plus.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $121,500 - $157,300.
