The ideal candidate will work in connecting ChatGPT and personalized GPTs to various tools across the company tech stack, enabling seamless integration and enhancing AI capabilities. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining prompts that facilitate effective communication between GPT models and the current software tools.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine prompts to ensure efficient and accurate interaction between GPT models and various tools.
Continuously optimize prompts based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to integrate ChatGPT and personalized GPTs with existing tools and platforms.
Ensure smooth and secure data exchange between GPT models and integrated tools.
Create and train custom GPT models tailored to specific business needs and applications.
Maintain and update custom GPT models to ensure they meet evolving requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of prompts and integrations to identify and resolve issues.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
Document prompt designs, integration processes, and best practices.
Provide training and support to team members on using and optimizing GPT integrations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in prompt engineering and integrating GPT models with various tools and platforms.
Familiarity with API integration and data exchange protocols.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles is a plus.
