We’re seeking a Prompt Engineer to play a critical role in developing, refining, and optimizing prompts for AI language models. This position involves creating effective prompts, fine-tuning models based on performance metrics, and continuously improving prompt design strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine prompts for AI language models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Conduct performance evaluations of AI models and adjust prompts based on the results.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives for prompt design.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement of prompt effectiveness.
• Create documentation and guidelines for prompt design and implementation.
• Assist in training AI models and provide support during the deployment phase.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies and incorporate best practices into prompt design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI prompt engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with natural language processing tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with machine learning models and AI development frameworks.
• Experience with AI model training and fine-tuning is a plus.
