About the role

Tabby’s marketplace generates ~4,000,000 clicks every month to retail partners with an average conversion to Tabby purchases at 10%. Today Tabby works with affiliate networks and retailers to monetize the traffic it generates via merchandising placements, coupons and cost-per-click.

We’re looking at the next phase of Tabby’s marketplace to be more dynamic, personalized and styled with not only brands, but hundreds of thousands of products from our partner stores. Fashion, beauty, luxury are the major categories of focus, along with a variety of other product categories from electronics to insurance. 

We expect you to lead Ads Product in the Tabby app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build up and execute the product vision, strategy and user experience for Ads Product at Tabby.
  • Set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery based on value to the business and customers.
  • Prioritize backlog, prepare product requirements, build up a roadmap in collaboration with Tech, Analytics, Design, Marketing and Ads Operations.
  • Apply product analytics skills, conduct A/B tests, and make decisions based on results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Have 3+ years of product management experience, specifically with Ads on marketplaces (B2C).
  • Have domain expertise in digital advertising, advertising technologies, ads auctions, and ad servers (MUST).
  • Have domain expertise in digital advertising and ads placements on consumer-facing web and mobile apps like display ads, store listings, product ads (MUST).
  • Worked with different monetisation models like CPM, CPS, CPC (MUST).
  • Demonstrated results of influencing and driving strategy and culture within Product and Engineering, across departments and with company leadership
  • Know how the sales process works including Sales, Account Management, and Advertising Operations.
  • Can both come up with ideas and research best practices in the market and apply the best of them to implement in your product.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
  • Fluent English (B2+), have great communication skills and are able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.

This position requires hybrid format of work with visiting our office in Dubai on weekly basis. We offer relocation to Dubai and we will cover all relocation expenses and help you get UAE visa and ID.
