The Product team at ReflexAI is involved in multiple large-scale projects, including our training and quality assurance tools, and ReflexAI’s highly visible development of a tool that trains veterans to support each other through mental health challenges.

About this role

As a Product Manager at ReflexAI, you will be involved in multiple large-scale projects. These range from researching and developing to maintaining our products and platform. The Product team at ReflexAI champions our products' journey from inception, through development, to post-launch activities. Our team collaborates closely with all departments within the organization, delving into all aspects of the product, encompassing front-end, back-end, and Machine Learning. You should be excited about being a part of a dynamic startup that contributes significantly to crucial industries, including crisis response, public safety, healthcare, and beyond.

 

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for every aspect of our products, from concept to go-to-market and post launch.
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other team members to shape requirements, features, and experiences.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly by clearly understanding the costs and benefits of each choice.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business and customer goals are met
  • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.

Requirements for a great fit

  • You have a significant (typically 5+ years) of experience in product management, and experience (typically 1+ year) working with products that are powered by AI/ML.
  • You write clear specifications for complex features and work across the organization with engineering, AI/ML, UX and marketing teams to ship products with exceptional quality.
  • You proactively seek feedback at each phase of your work.
  • You are effective at making the right trade-off decisions in order to launch your project in a high-quality manner.
  • Together with your team, you're able to provide rapid, data-driven suggestions that offer maximum value to our customers.
  • You understand how your current project helps drive toward the goals of both your team and our company and can articulate the goals of a series of projects that build towards a broader roadmap. 
  • You aim to fulfill all your commitments, proactively informing others about possible risks and suggesting strategies to minimize them.
  • You effectively communicate status, progress, and outcomes to senior management. 
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills across modalities including written materials and live interactions.
  • Your open-mindedness is evident in your willingness to consider other perspectives, adjust your viewpoint in light of new information, and maintain a constant desire to learn.
