We are looking to recruit seasoned ML Engineers to leverage their expertise in AWS Cloud Technologies, Python programming, NLP, Language Modelling, Machine Learning, Data Extraction, data pipeline build & orchestration and Application Hosting.

This role offers the opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics within our organization, with a preference for professionals with a background in the insurance industry.

You will:

  • Design and develop machine learning models to solve specific business problems in insurance
  • Spearhead the use of AWS tools like Sagemaker, Textract, Comprehend, and Lambda to craft scalable data solutions and fine-tune data workflows.
  • Collect, pre-process, and explore large datasets to extract meaningful insights
  • Leverage machine learning and deep learning methodologies to design predictive models and generate accurate forecasts.
  • Train and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into solutions (products and services)
  • Monitor and maintain machine learning systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Develop and deploy Lambda APIs, facilitating seamless data integration and accessibility for various stakeholders.

In order to be successful in the role, you will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, and/or Math/Physics, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
  • Multiple years experience in the field of ML Engineering
  • Experience with machine/deep learning, NLP, and LLM frameworks
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models and statistical modelling
  • Strong programmer, with proven ability in building and productionising ML solutions
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ especially in data pipeline and predictive model development.
  • Strong track record with data pipeline build and orchestration and deploying real time and large scale AI/ ML solutions on cloud environments (pref AWS)
  • Proven ability to build APIs for seamless data integration and retrieval.
  • Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics and experience with AWS tools like Sagemaker, Textract, Comprehend, and Lambda for comprehensive data management, extraction, and analysis will be a significant advantage
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
