The Opportunity :
We translate business needs into machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) projects, identify suitable algorithms and ML strategies for implementation, and evaluate their potential business impact, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency. We stay informed about the latest developments in ML and NLP to guide the technological progress of the Observe.AI NLP platform. We focus on building contact center specific large language models, training, evaluating, and refining ML models for various downstream applications, and creating high-quality, domain-specific datasets for tasks like instruction tuning, modeling human preferences, and retrieval applications.
What you will get to do:
