Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a mix of data science and machine learning engineering expertise, with a focus on migration projects.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.
  • Work on the migration of data and applications, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration tasks as part of the migration process.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate machine-learning models into production systems. 
  • Evaluate and improve existing machine learning models for performance optimization
  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in both data science and machine learning engineering roles. 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and knowledge of relevant libraries Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools  
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure, Google Cloud). 
  • Experience in data migration projects is a plus. 
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
