Overview
The Enterprise Operations team which is part of Mastercard’s Technology organization, is looking for a Lead Enterprise Engineer to drive Generative AI Technology forward with consistent innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about GenAI, Data Security, and Data Privacy.
Role
This is a Lead IT Engineering role with the following
Challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead Mastercard’s GenAI Technology initiatives within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team
Will be responsible for advanced GenAI Technology support to End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams
Will work directly with Vendor Product Groups, and contracted third parties

Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Generative AI , and LLM Technology
Be capable of developing and documenting use cases
Be skilled at explaining technical problems and solutions succinctly and clearly
Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker
Demonstrate high level of experience with M365 Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Viva Platform Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Power Platform Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Teams Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure Open AI Administration
Have advanced data security expertise with a focus on Generative AI
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI a plus. #AI
