What does Thomson Reuters Labs do?
Labs supports the organization and our customers by applying AI/ML-oriented research and development to deliver new products and technologies to market. As a Software Engineering Manager at Thomson Reuters Labs, you will be part of Labs’ Legal Tech team responsible for delivering new features to a portfolio of legal products thousands of customers use to review and draft legal agreements, administer their practice, etc.

You're a fit for the role of AI & ML Software Engineering Manager if your background includes:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
At least 8 years software engineering experience, ideally in the context of machine learning and natural language processing.
Have experience with people management responsibilities.
Have experience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization.
Experience and a deep understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems.
Experience in developing cloud-native applications in Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platform
Proficient in systems design and consider DevOps/CICD/automation fundamental pillars of your work.
Have experience working in an agile environment
