The Commercial PC Business is a high-growth, fast paced business with an innovation and customer centered mindset delivering solutions for our enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers. Within the Commercial PC Business is the Future of Work team – building out new HW designed-for-services, new product solution innovations, and developing future strategies with a collaborative, pan-HP focus and impact.

The AI ISV Product Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and sales enablement of the AI ISV roadmap, working with PC product managers, business development managers, technical teams, as well as external partners. They will also work with business development, product managers on mapping upcoming launches to personas and use cases and drive execution with NPI teams, including communication, developing demos and day of the life scenarios to showcase the transformative experiences that the AI ISVs are creating to transform workflows.

In addition, the AI ISV Product Manager will have a deep understanding of the customer needs and use cases, analyzing the ecosystem and market, developing and prioritizing use cases, understand competitive strategies, and building content including case studies to influence ISVs to develop on the HP AI PC as well as to create preference with customers for HP.

They will need excellent storytelling and communication skills to build content and present to category, sales, and customers and possess deep customer empathy to build the right ecosystem stack for various personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own commercial ISV roadmap and communication strategy for product launches

  • Develop content and sales enablement materials

  • Develop case studies working with ISVs and/or demonstrating quantitative and qualitative value

  • Determine benchmark and claims required that will resonate with the targeted personas

  • Understand deeply target persona needs and build day in the life scenarios and demos.

  • Program manage cross-functional teams

  • Drive the use case compendium by functional and vertical areas

  • Drive customer insights requirements and scan secondary research for supporting stats and insights.

  • Serve as a content expert, delivering engaging presentations to internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the computer/technology industry, including roles in product management, planning and marketing

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to continuously innovate and stay ahead of market demands

  • Strong creativity and storytelling skills, including various communication mediums and strategies

  • Excellent powerpoint and Adobe creative suite skills

  • Strong customer and partner communication skills

  • Exceptional customer centric skills, understanding of use cases and personas

  • Excellent program management and planning and organization skills

  • Ability to learn quickly including trying new software applications as the targeted persona

  • Strong business and technical acumen to align against strategies

  • Agile and flexible to multitask on various projects and proactively adapt to fast moving, changing landscape

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to build credibility and distinction with external partners and customers, stakeholders and HP colleagues

  • Design thinking and UX skills desired.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is  107,650.00-156,082.50 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
